Tea Blending Workshop for Nervous System Support with UrbanRootsBotanica
If you’re feeling the post-summer or back-to-school burn out, wanting more information and practices to support your holistic health, or just interested in learning a new skill, join us for a special tea blending workshop for nervous system support with UrbanRootsBotanica.
The workshop will open with breathwork and meditation practice by Lu (Founder + Director of The Ludo | RYT-200+, CWHC, MA Psychology & Spirituality Mind-Body), followed by an educational overview of the nervous system and herbs that support it from Desiree (Founder + Herbalist at UrbanRootsBotanica), educator, multi-disciplinary artist, and tarot reader), with time for self-reflection and group shares before making a custom blend to take home!

Steep’d (in Sound): Palm Reading
Experience nightlife, reimagined.
Steep’d (in Sound) is the deep-listening edition of our ambient tea lounge series, hosted at First Street Market.
Join us for a special performance featuring live plant-generated music and guitar from Palm Reading, alongside immersive visuals and herbal teas (included in entry).
This event is floor-based and will offer an optional, gentle breathwork session and art tables for drawing, writing, and crafting.
Cambridge NITES x Steep’d
The Ludo is grateful to be partaking in The City of Cambridge’s 2026 NITES grant program with three special editions of Steep’d! These events will be free to the public, but registration is required.
